We will of course gladly assist, if you need any help using DeskoverX or should you encounter any problems. But please ensure at first, that
- you are using the latest drivers for your video card. you'll find links to some well-known manufacturers on our Links-page.
- you have installed the latest version of DirectX®. At least you must have Version 9.0c (February 2006 Update).
- you have downloaded and installed the latest version of DeskoverX. You can find the latest version on our Download-page.

Please describe your problem in detail, what steps lead to the problem and how it manifests. Please also include your system's configuration:
- Operating sytsem and installed service packs.
- processor and speed.
- Amount of RAM
- Video card and ammount of memory on it.
- How many monitors you have attached.
- Screen resolution(s)
- If you have licensed DexkoverX, please also include the name to which you licensed it.
