In the above screenshot you can see a Picture Player showing holiday pictures, framed by three Calendar plugins and three Online Search plugins.
The calendar plugins show the previous, the current and the next month. You can easily flip through the calendar sheets by clicking on the small arrows in the title bar of the current month.
If you enter a search term into on of the Online Search plugins, your default web browser will open with the results of your search.
DeskoverX ships with several presets of the most common background layouts (see the other screenshots and descriptions on this website). It's quite easy to load a preset.
However, you can easily create your own layout from scratch or by extending one of the presets. To learn how to build the layout shown in the above screenshot have a look at the Expand the Calendar Preset tutorial.
